High Speed Wire Rod Rolling Systems-Block Mill provides shaping with calculated tension through different passes. Tention calculation depends on required shape of the groove, working roll diameter in the groove, relation of roll diameter and stands, calculation of cross section reduction. These all calculations are again depends on the type of material and applied temperature as deformation resistance and roll forces can vary from one material type to another material type.

Pre-Stressed Mill Stands
Pre-Stressed Stands known for production of consistent size stocks with advantage of both closed top and open top for rigidity and easiness in roll changing. Pre-Stressed Stands are available in 3 High and 2 High Configurations.

Our Housing Less Stand is perfect solutions for high productive Mill as its take lesser time for roll change.

These all stands are available with roll drafting arrangement, axial adjustment; hydraulic stand clamping, constant pass line features. These all stands have the flexibility to be placed in both horizontal configurations and Vertical Configurations.

Housingless Mill Stands
Our Housingless Mill Stands are designed for production of Bars, Wire Rods, Angles, Flats, Channels and universal beams. With flexibility of automatic connection and disconnection of the spindles and automated fluid utilization these stands cab be interchanged very easily and quickly.

SHEARS AND SAWS

Cooling Bed Dividing Shears (TMT Shears) are used to cut cooling bed lengths with surface temperature around 350 degrees Celsius per min. These Shears are generally installed after Quenching line & before entry to Cooling Bed.

To provide precise tolerance of cut length, these cooling bed dividing shears driven by Direct DC Motor Drive to perform Stop/Start and continuous operations. PLC System controls these Motors for driving Shears.

TWIN CHANNEL

Preet Machines Manufacture twin channels to provide solution for bar handling at cooling bed at higher speed. These Twin channels Machines can handle bar sizes up to 40mm in dia with stock speeds upto 25 mtrs per second. This carries the bar in a closed channel until material comes to a standstill position and discharges material to the bed below automatically.

These twin channels are specially designed to work in conjunction with braking pinch rolls and minimizing the length run-in. The automated operations of this twin channel are guided by the discharge of the rods from dividing shears.

COILERS

Our Edenborune type and Garret type coilers form the coils with vertical axis of coil. These coilers designed in a compact and rugged way with heat radiation protection for bearings to work with Rod sizes from 5.5mm to 12 mm and bar speeds up to 40m/sec. Our coilers are up to international standards to produce the Perfect Shape Coils.

PRODUCT FINISHING

Finishing equipment includes the automatic stacking, bundling, binding, weighing and labelling of rolled products.

Stacker And Bundling Systems

Stackers provides handling of straight and reverse layers for all type of sections. Mechanical handling or Magnetic handling of the straight and reverse layer with high stacking cycle performance. Stackers provide built-in bundling function. Bundlers for round and flat bars are available together with bar counting for rounds and small bundle processing systems. The packing form can be round, square, rectangular and hexagonal.

Binding Systems

Automatic binding of the packages and bundles is available with wire or strapping.

Weighing And Labelling

All bundles can be automatically weighed and further labelled for quality assured delivery of the finished products.
